Secretary of State Clinton spoke about U.S. foreign policy goals and accomplishments. She said that the U.S. had reached a new "American moment" and that the Obama administration's policy of greater engagement with the world had brought dividends such as a united front against Iran's nuclear ambitions. She also said that the growing U.S. debt threatened the United States' ability to chart its own course in the world and sends "a message of weakness."
