Charles Peters talked about the tenure of the 36th U.S. president, Lyndon B. Johnson. Mr. Peters, who worked in the Kennedy and Johnson administrations from 1961-1968, presented a first-hand account of President Johnson's legislative record, including his passage of the Voting Rights Act and his decisions on Vietnam.
