President Obama made remarks on the passage of the financial regulations bill which cleared the Senate by a vote of 60 to 39. Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA) and the two Senators from Maine were the only Republicans who voted for the bill. Sen Russ Feingold (D-WI) was the lone nay vote on the Democratic side.
