President Obama spoke about the Gulf of Mexico oil spill at the Theodore Staging Facility. In his remarks he said that BP has submitted a revised containment plan that proposes to contain over 50,000 barrels a day by the end of June and addresses preparedness for extreme weather and other unforeseen events in the months ahead. He also spoke about food safety measures.
