Max Benning talked about his video, Coming Home: The Final Battle, one of the middle school section third prize-winning videos. He is an eighth grader at Cheyenne Traditional School in Scottsdale, AZ. C-SPAN's StudentCam is an annual national video documentary competition that encourages students to think seriously about issues that affect our communities and our nation. Students are asked to create a short (5-8 minute) video documentary on one of the country's greatest strengths or a challenge the country is facing.
