Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell gave the Republican Party response to President Barack Obama's first State of the Union address. He spoke in the House of Delegates chamber before an audience of 300 made up of family members, friends, state legislators, activists, campaign workers, staff from the governor’s office and state cabinet members.
