Many thanks to our 2011 C-SPAN Fellows! Leslie, Mary Sue, and Dan worked on a variety of projects during their month-long experience in our Washington, DC offices. You will find new additions to our Constitution Clips website as well as to C-SPAN’s Interactive Supreme Court Timeline resource. The timeline contains video clips from C-SPAN’s Video Library that discuss significant Supreme Court cases and are paired with short summaries and discussion questions.
In addition, the Fellows contributed their ideas for C-SPAN’s new 2012 Electoral College Map poster which is currently being developed and will available for free to C-SPAN Classroom members. They also created video tutorials demonstrating the innovative ways they use C-SPAN’s resources in their classrooms and incorporate 2.0 technologies into their teaching practices. Our Fellows also presented their work at C-SPAN’s 2011 Summer Educators’ Conference.
C-SPAN appreciates Leslie, Mary Sue, and Dan’s efforts in enhancing and developing new free resources for the upcoming school year.
